Officer in Charge — WO(ATC) Jon Barnes
WO Barnes is responsible for the day to day management of the Squadron and is also Deputy Wing Warrant Officer responsible for standards of drill, dress and discipline across the Plymouth & Cornwall Wing. WO Barnes brings a wealth of experience to the Squadron having joined the ATC in 1992 and having served on five Squadrons. He is also a Weapons Handling Instructor and a Range Conducting Officer, up to fullbore target rifles, on all Cadet small arms ranges.
Squadron Adjudant — Mrs Kim Medland
CI Kim Medland joined the Squadron as Secretary of the Civilian Committee in 2002 and took over the role of Adjutant, assisting with the administration of the Squadron, in October 2008.
Sgt(ATC) Andy Tindale
Sgt Tindale has been a Sgt since April 2010 and has a background of ten years in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers section of the Territorial Army. Sgt Tindale's main responsibilities are DoE, Adventure Training and Fieldcraft.
Civilian Instructors
We have several CIs who help out at the Unit using their many skills where they best fit and involving themselves in Squadron Activities.
Civilian Commitee
Each Squadron is required to have a Civilian Committee which has the role of assisting the Squadron Commander, supporting the Squadron and raising funds. New members are always welcome even if you are not able to help out on a regular basis.
